30 Day – DOA Compressor Form

Once submitted the TSR team must review and approve the unit replacement. You will be contacted by the TSR team with either an approval or corrective action.

This Program only applies to Carrier/Bryant Residential product

This program does not apply to residential units used in a commercial application

Serialized accessories changed out within the first 30 days of installation do not qualify for any labor assistance

The program does not apply to service compressors covered under the Service Parts Warranty

REQUIREMENTS to QUAILIFY

The unit must be properly sized for the system

Proper application, installation and start-up procedures must be followed

This includes providing necessary accessories such as: wind baffles, head pressure controls, liquid line solenoids, crank case heaters or hard start kits

The system must be an approved match

The wiring must be sized correctly

All components must be added at the time of installation

Is a solenoid valve currently installed? *

Any Heat Pump lineset with a length longer then 80′ or has 20′ of vertical lift, should have a solenoid valve installed. For Air Conditioning you are allowed a 35′ lift before a solenoid valve is needed.

Go into the service menu by pressing and holding the service hat icon until it turns green. Then select the installation option, then select the blower assessment test, start the test, it will take about 3 mins to complete, once the test is complete record the information below.
